I love Mag Safe products!!!
So, I got this product because it’s a new type of Mag Safe product that I haven’t tried yet & it looked like something I could use in a variety of ways. Can be used in the car to hold my phone as well as pretty much anywhere else I needed a phone stand/holder. What I love about this particular product & what I think makes it so different from others like it is the way it grips the surface it’s sitting on. It does this with a vacuum seal that you create by simply setting it down and twisting the bottom while applying some pressure. I was able to make this thing stick to just about anything as long as the surface was clean and mostly smooth. The magnet is super strong too. It comes with a few magnetic rings in case your phone doesn’t have one already. Also comes with a sticky base if you’re looking to put it somewhere for a more permanent type of scenario but of course that can be removed with enough force. This is definitely one of the better Mag Safe accessories I’ve gotten!!!

Worked Well For Two Days
I really like the design of this cell phone holder, and the magnet provided to stick on my s21+ worked great. The problem, however, is that it is unstable and will not stuck to my dash. The suction cup didn’t work, so I used the flat circular plastic provided. It stayed on my dashboard for all of two days. On day 3 when I went to place my phone on the magnet, the entire apparatus fell off the dash and into the floorboard.

5 Star
Love it very good phone holder and magnet is super strong I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max so it’s big and with a case and it holds good can position it how you want to without it falling. Very easy to install it has a suction cup where you just twist the circular part.

Not impressed with this phone holder
This magnetic phone holder was exceedingly frustrating to install. The suction would NOT hold to my dashboard. (Even the very inexpensive holder I replaced adhered securely to my dashboard.) I finally gave up and installed the metal plate, which I didn’t want to do, because the adhesive is permanent. Still, the suction wouldn’t hold more than a few minutes before the phone holder would fall off.I finally spit on the suction part in frustration and got it to hold. So, moistening it will help it stay put, and it feels quite secure (at least initially), but who knows for how long? I really don’t want to trust a thousand dollar phone to it.Also, there aren’t many ways to adjust the position of your phone with this holder unless you remove the holder completely and reattach it.

Did not adhere to my vehicle’s dashboard 🙁
This vacuum magnet phone holder adheres well to glass, mirrors and solid surface countertops. However, it will not suction to a wood dining table or to the dash board of either of my vehicles which is my main reason for ordering this holder. It does come with a sticky adhesive back metal plate to put on surfaces the holder won’t suction on to. Not a great option for me, 1) its not a good look and 2) I don’t want a metal plate stuck on the dashboard of my car, especially when the outside temps are 100+ degrees.Overall, great idea and concept, great for some surfaces but it misses the mark on other surfaces.

Complete mag phone kit!
This suction cup magnet is portable and usable on any hard surface, from the microwave to read a recipe while cooking, or even recording, or a video call with family, the applications are endless. It comes with a metal ring to turn ANY case into a mag case which is everything to me because I was about to order the case so I could use this! Comes with a flat disc with a sticker side so if you do not have a hard surface in your car this creates one. This kit really is all you need if you are starting out on your mag case journey. Cheers!

Could definitely be better
I followed instructions but the mount loses suction too quickly. I thought the twist knob function for the suction would give it a better seal but apparently not. Every few days I find it unattached and laying on on my console. It’s just annoying. But it’s very easy to attach. My biggest worry is it’ll drop while I’m driving. Also I’m not a big fan on the way it tilts and pans. Feels very restrictive.
